our referral bonus program

We have instituted a Referral Bonus Program to thank you for supporting West Works. Even in today's economic times we want to show our appreciation for your support.

If you see a Job listed on our Job Board, and you know somebody who would be suitable for the position, please refer them to West Works.

Remind that person to mention that you referred them.

If West Works does not already have that person on our database, and we successfully place your referral within 12 months of receiving their resume, you qualify for our Referral Bonus Program!

A Referral Bonus is paid according to the length of the initial contract and this one-off bonus is paid out 30 days after the contract engagement commences.

The rates are as follows:

• $600.00 for each 7-month or longer (initial) contract placement that you have referred
• $500.00 for each 4 to 6-month (initial) contract placement that you have referred
• $200.00 for each 2 to 3-month (initial) contract placement that you have referred
• referrals for permanent positions will be determined on a case by case basis.
