We are a team of human resource, recruitment, and technical specialists who have practiced our professions on several continents and have also worked in Alberta for many years.

The labour challenges that we face in Alberta today are similar to those that have occurred elsewhere in the world and West Works’ people draw from their collective experience of being at the coalface of extreme human resource challenges, including scarcity of skilled labour.
